Cottage Rental Agency’s Florida Residents and U.S Military rate is available for participating cottages and may only be booked two (2) weeks prior to arrival; not valid during spring break and summer seasons or during major holidays; proper Florida driver’s license or military ID (current or retired) required; limited availability and not applicable to existing reservations or groups; bike rentals are provided by the CRA Bike Shop; golf voucher provided by Sandestin Golf has additional restrictions and tee times must be made 72 hours in advance; beach toys are limited supply and based on availability; additional restrictions may apply.

For those guests who are just not ready to go home. We tempt you to stay that extra day or so with a discount on the extended nights. You’re on Beach time, so relax. Restrictions may apply.
