Here at Cottage Rental Agency, we have homes across seven beach communities along 30A, each as unique as your vacation needs. Which area is right for you? Keep reading to find out!

Seaside

If you’re looking for a quintessential picturesque beach town, look no further than Seaside. Each home features a white picket fence reminiscent of The Truman Show, which was filmed here in 1992. Located directly on 30A, this beach community is walkable to everything from the Gulf to fitness centers and pools included in your stay! If you’re looking to ditch your car for the week, Seaside is the place for you. Easily accessible from Scenic Hwy 30A, Seaside has numerous restaurants and shops. Grab a delicious meal at Great Southern Cafe or enjoy lunch at one of the many airstreams located on the square. Looking for family friendly activities? Seaside has plenty of them! From children’s theatre performances at the amphitheater to movies on Lyceum Lawn, these free events are sure to keep everyone entertained. Blue Mountain Beach

Named for the blue lupine flowers and boasting the highest elevation in South Walton County (61 ft!), Blue Mountain Beach is nestled along Scenic Hwy 30A. Known for being tranquil and family friendly, Blue Mountain Beach attracts visitors from around the country wanting to try Blue Mabel’s famous brunch or grab an ice cream cone at Blue Mountain Creamery. If you like a more tranquil environment, Blue Mountain Beach might be your place!

Naturewalk

Nestled a mile from Seagrove Beach, a Naturewalk, a tranquil paradise tucked away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. A fairly new community, Naturewalk features a clubhouse and pool available for all guests and is a short drive or bike ride to the beach! Each home features an open floor plan, perfect for your next family getaway or girls trip. If you’re looking to stay in Naturewalk, make sure you can come for a full week as all homes require a seven night stay. Added bonus? Naturewalk is walking distance to Publix and great restaurants such as The Perfect Pig and Pizza by the Sea.

Watercolor

If you’re looking for a beach community close to everything, Watercolor is your place! Known for picturesque dune lakes perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding, Watercolor features pristine beaches perfect for outdoor activities. Looking to get some hiking in? Grayton Beach State Park is a short car ride away! Grab a drink at Wine Bar or enjoy beachfront dining at the Watercolor Inn. Come in the fall for the Harvest Wine and Food Festival. Watersound

If you like to spread out on your beach trip, tucked away from other travelers, Watersound may be your beach community! Tucked between Seaside and Rosemary Beach along 30A, Watersound is a private community featuring winding boardwalks to the beach as well as biking trails and sand dunes. Avid golfers will enjoy the Camp Creek Golf Club and swimmers of all ages will love the two zero entry pools featured on property. Watersound is close to The Hub which features food and drink options the whole family will enjoy.
