This Charleston Style Cottage has lots of added bonuses, including an outdoor table for 14, a large screened-in porch with dining table for 8, numerous rocking chairs, a sleeping bench, a built-in stereo system, multiple TV/DVDs and even a Playstation 3. The first floor includes a queen bed with a bath (shower only) and a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds that share a full bath with an additional built-in bunk room. The second floor includes the master bedroom with dressing area and full bath, living room, large upscale kitchen, washer/dryer and a spiral staircase that leads to the tower for immaculate views of the town and the Gulf. For additional room, the one-bedroom guest house, Grace Sea, may also be rented.
