Blog - A Seaside, Florida Fascinator | Chatham House
A landmark in Seaside, Florida, Chatham House is an award-winning home designed by Rome Prize-winning architect Walter Chatham. It has been featured in many publications and books including Florida Architecture, Houston Magazine and Thirty-A Review.
Architectural highlights include a glass bridge over a glass tiled Koi pool as you enter the home, a centrally located heated pool and a 40-foot tower. The tower features a multi-person hot tub and breakfast table. The house literally opens up to the welcome the feeling of being outdoors with movable panels and doors.
Three full bedrooms and a fourth-floor office complete with a loft with two twin beds, creates plenty of room for guests. Upgrades include an Apple TV in every bedroom, Viking and Sub-Zero kitchen appliances and a Viking outdoor grill.
This one-of-a-kind home is a part of our Grand Collection and offers a truly memorable experience.
“This was our second time to stay in this lovely house. High end appliances, great televisions, sound system, comfortable beds…We loved having our own pool and hot tub. We grilled outside and had a wonderful dinner by the beautiful Koi pool. This house had everything that we needed. It is located close to the beach and the central square.” – Chatham House Guest Review
