GULF OF MEXICO UPDATE - August 5th, 2010

Thankfully guest activities with Cottage Rental Agency in Seaside have never been disrupted. We did not experience any closures or health advisories on our beach. All tests conducted on the water, beach and air returned normal results. Our management team and leadership will always monitor local conditions responsibly. As of today (August 5, 2010) all normal booking policies and procedures will be in place for new reservations. Any reservations made previously, under temporarily amended policies, will receive the conditions granted at the time of booking i.e. 24 hr cancellation policy.

A&E FEE

Cottage Rental Agency, Seaside acts as the rental management agent for many rental accommodations in Seaside Florida and along Scenic Highway 30A, USA. Each property owner chooses whether or not to place his/her unit in the rental program. The Cottage Rental Agency, Seaside and its associated accommodations are not hotels. Because all units are individually owned and are not part of a hotel, such units may or may not be configured to comply with the accessibility requirements of The Americans with Disabilities Act. The decision of whether or not to make a condominium unit accessible is up to each individual owner.
