Swimming

At times when the water is cool or you’ve just reached your personal limit on sand, enter one of our relaxing pools. Many are heated in the winter; some are restricted to adult visitors for peace and quiet, while still others offer food, drinks and fun for the entire crew. With a total of seven pools in our communities, you’re never more than a few steps away from your next splash.

Tennis

Seaside’s private Tennis Club is open to our cottage guests. There you’ll find four clay and two hard courts nestled amid an area of lush natural landscaping. Take a private lesson with our on-staff professionals. Join in on round-robins or drills for adults or kids to sharpen your skills. Get in the game with the latest fashions from our Pro Shop.

Bicycle Rentals

Bikes are the quickest way around town and the Seaside Bike Shop can handle just about anything with pedals. The rental inventory includes one-speed beach cruisers, baby carriages and 18-speed mountain bikes. We have mechanics on duty to handle repairs and, for your convienence, training wheels, baby seats, helmets, baskets and lock sets are free with every rental.

Croquet

Enjoy a civilized round of croquet on some of the most beautiful courts in the Southeast. Whether you are a serious player or merely challenging your family to a friendly match, you’ll enjoy the elegant setting of Seaside’s world-class croquet lawn. Scheduling and equipment are available at Seaside’s Tennis Pro Shop.

Fitness

The Seaside Fitness Center is equipped with cardiovascular and strength equipment in a comfortable workout space. Schedule time with one of Seaside’s certified personal trainers for a customized fitness evaluation and training program to help you meet your individual goals.

Camp Seaside

Camp Seaside offers an ideal setting to have fun. Young people can share in creative activities with others their age, building friendships and enjoying a time of learning and growing in a supervised setting. From wacky games to art projects like making sun-catchers, to fun in the pool, there are age-appropriate daytime activities for young people ages 4 to 12.

 > Camp takes place Spring thru Summer, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 2:00 pm
 > Lunch is provided
